How to deal with creepy roomate?

I have a friend we hold hands sometimes and kiss on the cheek goodbye and hello. It started as a joke but now we just do it for fun.

But we have a third friend, or, "friend," who has started acting like we are a couple. And if we even touch each other he acts like we started having sex right in front of him. It was funny maybe the first 2 times cause we thought he was joking. But I have asked, and he won't stop. He actually thinks we're being inappropriate. Which would be fine if we didn't have to share a living space.

He's being perverted now, and it's made both of us hate being near him. And he won't stop. We need him cause we all 4 split rent and we can't afford to find a new place. And the 4th guy won't get involved, but he pretty much is taking the 3rd guy's side and also makes comments about us sometimes when we aren't in the room (which is basically all the time now). I hate it. They seemed cool I don't know why they're acting like this. The whole thing sucks.

I already did. He said he doesn't feel comfortable around us either. We aren't even doing anything when he's around anymore though, and he still makes comments. Maybe if we confront them both together though, have a full discussion, maybe that would clear something up so we can see what the real problem is and take steps to fix it?
