Guys, How can I know if a Man is serious about me?

There is a Man at my work that flirts constantly with me ( he’s always complimenting me ) … he’s always very nice toward me … he seems curious about me too…

He also started to wink at me every time he greets me. But I also noticed we always lock eyes whenever we talk ( or he’s flirting ) , he’s also always smiling , etc.

BUT he’s just confusing me 😐😐😐

he didn’t ask me out or at least asked me for a coffee or something … he didn’t ask any personal questions so far…

not sure if it’s because we work at the same place … or maybe it’s because of me ( maybe I should show more interest instead of just smiling and gazing at him ) ? Or he’s just not really serious.
