The more important question is, why do you care? If you didn't like him, you would simply ignore him.

Cheaters exist. Cheaters will cheat no matter if you reject them or not, if it's not with you it will be another woman in your place. Don't be the woman that hurts his girlfriend.

Is he a piece of shit for it? Absolutely. However, two wrongs don't make a right, and even though in theory he would be more in the wrong for cheating on his girlfriend, that does mean you don't get to take any of the blame if you decided to help him cheat by sleeping with him.

Also, don't he intrigued by such people. More than likely, he will not leave his girlfriend for you, that won't happen. He will tell you what you wanna hear, and then he will return to his clueless girlfriend after getting what he wants from you. If he does leave his girlfriend for you, he will probably leave you for another woman at some point. What goes around comes around.

Moral of the story? Don't sleep with cheaters, don't date someone with a history of cheating and stay away from people like that. It's for your own good.
