How do guys start act after rejection, what is right behavior you respect from them and what is really bad?

It depends upon the guy, how much he has invested into asking, how personally he takes it, and maybe other things. Some guys spends weeks or months planning to ask a girl out. That would lead to a natural disappointment when she says, "No." And younger guys tend to have little experience with rejection, so are more likely to get upset about it.
