Why would an Former friends with benefits (Guy) who ended it months ago randomly send an empty shower Snapchat with water in it after I messaged him?

Me and this former friends with benefits (guy) were in this type of arrangement for more than 2 years, he ended it about 3 and a half months ago, I made contact since then but no reply, I stopped contacting him for over 2 months and decided to contact him, while we were messaging each other, he sent me an empty shower picture with water in it, why? It was after midnight he sent that. I don't know what to say in reply to that.

This is after me and him were messaging, him telling me that’s he has a lot going on, I didn’t reply and then he sent me that empty shower picture with water in it, I asked him what is that, he told me the shower, and then I asked him why did he send me that, he didn’t reply lol. I don't know what to say to reply to that lol.
