A guy asked for a Snapchat but never added me back , what should I do?

Yesterday night I went to the store but because of an issue I had to go to a different one. I saw a group of boys chilling in the corner and thought nothing of it. I tried not to make eye contact but it still happend almost all of them looked at me but after 2 seconds looked away and continued what they were doing. Except one guy, he would not take his eyes off me. I know the type of person I am so I kinda give a confused face but kept walking. After a couple of second I hear and feel someone next to me. I turn a guess who it is. The same guy. He asked for my snap but I couldn’t hear him so I took my headphones off and we kept talking. When we wanted to exchange snaps. My phone did not have internet so I thought he had it so I wrote on his phone but later realised he also did not have internet. So I wrote it at the search bar on Snapchat. And kept talking. When it’s time to leave he says. We will meet again later. Yes. I said yes. He went back to his friends and I went to the store. One day later zondag night (today) and he still has not added me back. I don’t know what to do. I have no information of him not even his name only a small part of the beginning and ending of his snap username. What should I do?
