As a guy, you look at a girl, in a away she knows you're looking. You want her to look back, make eye contact, hold it with you, then yo7 give your best smile, hope she smiles back and then break eye contact before it turns creepy.
So obviously he's interested and trying be flirty, once a girl does eye contact thing once or twice I approach her and try to talk to her.
If she does her damn best to avoid looking at me at all costs, then I think she's stuck up, too shy for me, or just not interested.
Look, teen guys are walking horn dogs full of hormones who all masturbate frequently but will never admit it... he is obviously interested or attracted to you even if he has a girlfriend. The question is do you want to get to know him better or see if he will break up with his girlfriend?
He probably finds you attractive, but I wouldn't engage with him since he already has a girlfriend. Beware of guys like that, chances are if he thinks he has shot with you he will try to take it.

Do you frankly believe being in a relationship makes it impossible to be attracted to other people (and to want that those people are aware of one's attraction)?
