Why does a guy turn around to look at me?

this guy when I come in the class he always turns his head around to look at me when I walk pass him and he makes it obvious

He also stares at me when I’m not looking and sometimes when I look at him he doesn’t look away until I look at him

why would a guy do this if he has a girlfriend?

As a guy, you look at a girl, in a away she knows you're looking. You want her to look back, make eye contact, hold it with you, then yo7 give your best smile, hope she smiles back and then break eye contact before it turns creepy.

So obviously he's interested and trying be flirty, once a girl does eye contact thing once or twice I approach her and try to talk to her.

If she does her damn best to avoid looking at me at all costs, then I think she's stuck up, too shy for me, or just not interested.
