There is a guy... he likes me I know that for sure.. now almost everyone is knowing it because of his behavior... but still he is just showing it... why.. I'm Soo confused!!

Oh okay, when you said convert I assumed you meant switching religions so that’s my bad. Well the thing with moving on is that he hasn’t tried to pursue you. I think it would be a bigger concern if that were the case. You ask why he doesn’t move on, but you don’t know for sure he likes you. Even if you and your friends think that he does because of how he acts, for all you know it can be a misunderstanding.
