Why would a guy who you know maybe likes you yet working on himself ghost you not see your texts yet watch your instastories?

Like he knows I miss him and all that he says he wants to work on him self, last call or anything was October 4th now I see he’s watching some of my stories like 1 to 3 sometimes , like why?
