Punch him right on the jaw. I've boxed for years, wrestled in school and have trained in judo. I've handled bigger men, bodybuilders too on a roud rage. They tend to be too slow, don't know how to fight and gas easily, big steroid guy like that once he gasses you could sodomise his ass and hed be too weak to stop you. Unless it was somebody like Brock Lesnar I wouldn't be worried.
