Self defense is not a crime, and using a stun gun to stop additional sexual assault/battery is self defense, cause I or anyone other sane person would have no idea if another slap (or worse) is coming, so best to take defensive actions.

After wards I would let her know that I did not like it, and that I am not okay with it, but if she was then there is nothing I would do about it other then consider the relationship.
