My boyfriend still sleeps with his mom. Why?

I mean not all the time but sometimes he sleeps with his mom. by the way he is 27... What should I do?

Maybe interesting to tell what you really mean with "sleeping with his mom". Just plainly sleeping for some practical or medical reason? Having more intimate activities with her in one or another way? In any case this can be a serious issue for your relation with him. If there's more than just genuinely sleeping, I'm even wondering if he ever would engage into a serious relation with a girl. I've known such a man. Very friendly, but he turned out to be gay, and he stayed with his mom till she passed away...

It's not up to me to emit any judgment, the less I don't know those people. Something to keep in mind though is that a mother is first of all a woman, and taboos a typical human problem.

You have neither the right nor the responsibility to do anything. A man’s relationship with his mother is none of your business in any way whatsoever. The only thing that should matter to you is your relationship with him, and to a far lesser extent your relationship with her. Their relationship is nunya.

Too darn weird for my taste. Unless there is some sort of medical reason why he has to sleep with his mother, but I cannot imagine what that would be.

I could never be with a guy that sleeps with his mother. Even just thinking of what they may be doing together us too graphic for me to think about.

Sounds like Norman Bates from the Bates Motel show. He was getting to within 1/2 inch of banging his mom but she used his sexual attraction to her to control him. Anyhow, your boyfriend could be banging his mom OR just an extreme momma's boy.

Either way makes him a horrible choice for a boyfriend, fiance, husband.

Go and get a mature boyfriend that has the sense to realise that having a relationship with one's mother that looks like incest is never a good thing

Honestly I think that’s pretty normal. It’s just a social norm that we don’t sleep with our parents but when you think about it you were insanely close with them for years I wouldn’t let tradition stand in the way of what I wanted either.
