How normal is it for guys to be changing in front of girls in their family and not be shy?

Depends on the age, if you're really young like under 10 then it's probably fine. If not it's not normal at all and what is normal is that you'd get embarrassed. But I doubt anyone would do that to embarrass you, it just didn't cross their mind

Like at home, it would be your brother or your dad right? Neither of them thinks it would make you uncomfortable because they're so at ease around you.
But don't worry, there's nothing wrong with telling your parents that you find it embarrassing

Yes it has happened. Not full on naked, but changing a shirt or pants has happened.

That was a big no in my family! Unless it was clear that space was limited and people could just close their eyes but the girls at least had to always turn around too.

It's not that normal, but I do sometimes change without being embarrassed but I like to change when I'm alone.

It's normal in early childhood, but not so much after that. Some families are a lot more open than others, but I think it stops early for most people.
