Do guys even fall in love?

I know this sounds like a dumb question and I’m not man hating or anything but it’s not that I don’t think men ever fall in love. It just seems so uncommon with guys my age (high school- college.)

I feel like whenever I like a guy he never likes me as much even if he was interested in me first and overall. A common thing if see across the board with guys my age is that they’re always very sexual and pushy. When they’re not, over text they’re always dry, or passive, or sensitive.

I know guys say this about girl all the time but guys just seem 1000% more confusing. If they’re approaching and I treated their always pushy about sex and if they’re not overly sexual then they’re dry and don’t approach.

Do teenage/young adult males even know how to fall in love?

My grandfather met my grandmother in 1940's when he was in High school and neither of them had anything, no money, no power no fame and yet they truly loved each other, my grandpa passed away and my grandma cannot wait to meet him again in the next life.

My dad met my mom in 1980's and even though they loved each other in the beginning, eventually they divorced in 2002, because my mom wanted More and my dad couldn't give what he couldn't get.

I'm 35 I did felt in love 2 times in High School and every time I have been heartbroken brutally to a point where i do not trust any women anymore. My first love cheated on me and then my second love cheated on me Again. So, from this point on I will never trust any women ever again.

Do you see a pattern? Modern humanity (2022 and beyond) sold themselves to the Devil. Most humans (not all) chose quick and temporary flesh pleasure over life long love through having sex with as many partners as possible (by the way it applies only to 14% of top men, since that is the only number of men that 95% of all modern women desire, because of Hollywood, MTV and Music Industry brainwashing).

Deep down 90% of all men want to fall in love, but after seeing over sexualized cartoons from the age of 10 and than decades of hardcore porn, it has become difficult to impossible to find true love. Because the definition of Love has been high jacked by Lucifer himself.

This is a very good question. I believe not every guy can really fall in love. I see usually the approach always to attractive women, because they want those. The ones with the big breasts or the one with that tight ass!

But I do believe that some men can definitely truly love. Or the men that I mentioned earlier can also change their perspective. Love is caring. If a guy guininely care about the wellbeing of his lady, if he supports her through sickness, disability or missery, you got a man that really loves his partner.

If you're ever wondering if a man really loves you for who your are, ask yourself the question: 'Would he stay with me if half of my face would burn in an accident, if I would lose my hair and my left breast due to cancer? Would he fight on my side and prioritise me at all cost?' If yes, you got a man that is in love with you. So again my answer: It exists among men, but it's rare

It also teached me that lots of men don't fall in love

Falling in love takes a lot of maturity for guys. It's a more instinctual thing for women.

Young guys usually have a very simplistic understanding of love. I'm not saying they can't fall in love. But you got to give love to recieve love. And few young women are confident enough in themselves to put that kind of effort forth. Even if they knew what guy was worth the effort. And most young women have trouble even understanding that.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m not showing as much effort as I think I am but I always think that I wanna be shown that you’re willing to put in work before I start giving all my energy. Personally I fall fast so it’s already hard enough trying to act nonchalant like these guys tend to do... :/ No one ever seems up to showing themselves “energy worthy.”

I understand that. But guys are no different than women in this area regardless what some women on here might think and say. Nobody likes rejection. And I understand women have got this "I want to show that you're willing to work" attitude. But you need to understand that guys AT BEST get accepted by 10% of women they ask out. And at any point she can decide for whatever reason she's just not interested anymore. Now put yourself in a guy's shoes how hard are you going to work for that?

I don’t know man, I’ve approached guys who didn’t even come up to me ever on multiple occasions just for them to never give back anything not even a hi when we pass by. I get no one likes rejection but neither do I. I’ll figure it out I guess but I don’t wanna have to be humiliated again or ever honestly. I’ll figure it out though thank you

Well but that's what I was trying to say. Take that humiliation you talk about, multiply it by 10, and that's the AVERAGE rejection a man faces. Guys are NOT kidding on here when they say if most women had to be rejected as much as men do women wouldn't even date. But we do it because where expected to to even have a shot. This is why most guys SEEM like they don't care WE HAVE TO. If you cared about every rejection you took as a guy you wouldn't do it. Just like women and thier emotional issues. Most the things women do make NO SENSE to a guy. We don't ever really get to a point where we fully understand it. We just get to a point where we accept it as just a fact about your gender and tolerate it.

I think younger guys are very cynical about women, relationships and marriage these days. I don't think all of them stay that way, but some do. Anyway, hang in there and you'll find a good guy eventually.

Yes we do "fall in love" since a young age. First time for me was when I was 17.

If you just communicate clearly your intentions and feelings, that alone can make a huge difference in how relaxed people feel about the situation.

I feel what your saying but I’m not big on dating off that bat in the first place. I think you underestimate how brutal teenage boys can be. It’s scary to go up to a guy and being be straight up when they’re not necessarily giving you energy.

The thing is: showing your feelings doesn't mean throwing rainbow.

It can just mean something simple, like showing you liked to be with them.

Men aren't as socially smart as women, where women sense a lot of things men rarely do. Hence you need to be more clear with them, or they will be easily confused.
