Why would a guy not go for the girl who already likes him vs the one who doesn’t show interest?

The girl who really likes him is gorgeous , model and well rounded. She also really likes him and they seem to have fun together.

But then there’s another girl who he’s attracted to but she doesn’t really know him and she's not looking for anyone

he does choose the first one after he sees there’s no hope with the second one and their relationship is perfect

but why not just choose the one who loves you
