Just in a generic sense, as in is it okay for a guys to go to strip clubs? Sure. Let them do their thing as long as the club isn't doing illegal stuff.

If you're asking is it okay for a guy who is in a relationship to do that then he really needs to communicate with his SO. I know some girls who wouldn't care if their guy went to a strip club. She'd welcome a quiet night or time with her friends. I know other girls for whom that would be a deal breaker and they'd consider it cheating. Nothing wrong either way -- the couple has to communicate.
