Sure some men can. Absolutely. It depends entirely on the particular man!

But a man who has no moral problem lying to you, certainly could say: "I love you" without meaning it. Hell many people have no fucking clue what 'love' actually means to begin with!

Yes men have the ability to fake the phase of 'I love you' but its about context. Now if you say it and you force him to say it in what ever circumstance then he could fake it. But if he says it in a natural context then he could very well mean it. Lots of men show their love not say it so use his actions more of a judgment than his words.
