Guys, how do you feel when you’ve been sick and your female friend brings you a big bag of stuff to make you feel better as a surprise?

I was sick with the flu and my girlfriend drove 300 miles to take care of me. She brought me a chocolate milkshake. It was really awesome. It was in direct contrast to my previous girlfriend that would never have done that.

I've not known any girl that kind or interested in me as a person but if I did I might actually feel happy. Personally sounds like a fairy tale but it's a nice gesture.
