Staring everyday?

I am married woman and a married man in my company always keeps staring me without looking away? We never talked each other. my colleagues also noticed this thing. Why he doing this nonsense?

Being married is not relevant in your case.

If the guy is in the same age group as you are, has been married for a number of years to the same woman and that despite being married gawkes, stares and looks at women, this simply signifies that he is hunting for a substitute woman.

It is basically his testosterone acting and he may find you attractive enough to start staring at you with (probably) indecent thoughts.

Your best option is to ignore him or if it disturbs him, ask him out loud in front of other colleagues why he finds it interesting to stare at you and what he hopes to get in return.

That should take care of business.

Unfortunately, women are less likely to make a big stink about a situation because the may fear the repercussions and what others will think of them.

That is one of the many reasons why they are often misused because a lot of them are afraid to speak up.
