So I have this guy friend in a mutual friend group and recently he has somewhat touchy sorta looks at me while laughing and the other day me and couple other friends we’re gonna grab drinks and I turned down the offer and he convinced me and was elated that I was coming. And now our mutual friend mentions his name a lot am I just being delusional or there is smthg going on but we never text we only communicate at work.

A guy in the age group 18-24 that has a "touchy sort of looks" has definitely something up his sleeve and I would be careful about that person.

He has obviously some intentions with you but he is not courageous enough to say enough. Perhaps that he is shy but with those kinds of looks, I don't really think so. My best guess is that he wants you to make the first move.

He wants to keep work and private life separated because he is aware that if you mix both, it will cause issues with co-workers.
