Would this be considered emotional abuse from my husband?

He (28m) said when I (28f) pull out my phone it is like a BIG f*ck you. He said "Like a big f*ck you" twice. He knows I don't curse and can'' stand curse words.

It started out with my telling him that he has been drinking a lot lately. He says he is not to the point of getting drunk but I see on his eyes that he has been dazed. It is the same look when he is drunk. I said "Baby if you keep up these drinking habits I'm concerned that it will be hard for me when we finally have kids. He said "You're blowing this out of proportion " When he said that I felt shut down like he wasn't hearing me out, so I took out my phone. He said "Why do you pull out your phone? There you go again. You are pretty much saying f*ck you." He said the F word again. Is he emotionally abusing me? He has been drunk several times before to a point where I had to carry him to bed. He said he wouldn't do it again but I am doubtful. He said I am blowing it out of proportion. That is why I brought up his drinking again. Is this abuse?
