A male friend of mine often stares at me and sometimes in front of his girlfriend but he doesn’t text me, why?

In the past he has been flirtatious, even taking my hand and stroking it while looking in my eyes. Teasing me, eavesdropping on my conversations with other men, looking at me when I wasn’t looking, etc. But while we might have a chat at a social event he doesn’t go out of his way to text me or to meet up. I know he has a girlfriend who he has been dating for 2/3 months so far. What is likely going on in his head when he behaves this way?

This guy is either very clueless and new to dating or he i very dangerous. If he is new to the dating world then one might stare by accident at another woman. You, however, mentioned that he does this repeatably and this is reason for concern.

Firstly, he has a girlfriend. Secondly, just because you take time to be friendly with chit chat does not give him right to behave so rudely in front of his girlfriend. You sure you even want to talk to a guy who behaves like this?
