I went out with a guy I ve been talking and he said he's distant.
He said he's not looking for anything. He said he was in a relationship but it was dead. Then said he's not looking for anything romantic but wants to text all the time and ask come over for sex. If I tried to touch him in an affectionate way, he would find it "overbearing" but then he wants to put his d1ck in me which is an extremely intimate act.

I dont understand this logic?

He has many female friends too and really likes to stay in female company. There are female friends who come to visit him at uni, for coffee or at pubs. I also saw that he went to his female friends graduation ceremony too.

How is this possible that he was in a relationship that died but doesn't want anything with me?

I know he has some casual hook ups and booty calls but he seems to have some close female friends. He also has a lot of female friends and I ve noticed that he frequently goes out to drink with them, lunch/dinner or walks. He will also always sit with women or between 2-3 women in a group setting too

Why would he say this when he's literally going out with female friends to pubs, graduations, bars , restaurants? Isn't he going to get attached if he does those things so much?

My ex had a small one and he treated me like shit. He liked to gamble and after he had gambled his money and mine somehow he managed to gamble a night of sex with me trying to win his money back.

When a guy tells you that he isn't looking for a relationship, he's telling you that if you want to be in his life, then you need to understand that you are just there for casual sex. And some girls are fine with casual sex.

But if you don't want casual sex, then you MOVE ON. Don't bother trying to figure out WHY he doesn't want a relationship - the "why" doesn't matter because the decision has already been made, and isn't going to change. NOTHING you can do is going to change his mind, and that includes sex. Your choices are casual sex or nothing, and that won't change in the future with this guy. A relationship is not on the table.

So, if you choose to stay, you have no reason to complain that you are just being used for sex, because those were the terms of the agreement.
