How do I know if a guy is actively looking at my story or just scrolling through?

So this guy I am interested in watches all my stories. What I’m trying to do is an experiment to see if he is just skipping through everyone’s stories including mine or if he is stalking me which I would love if he was. The experiment went like this I posted something and on less than 30 min he saw it. That was the first story. I posted something else 40 min ago and he still hasn’t watched it till now. Is there a possibility that he is just scrolling then? If he doesn’t see anything in an hour I would assume he is just mindlessly watching all my stories. What if he sees it in less than an hour is there a possibility he is stalking me? What do you think?

That’s what’s causing me confusion because someone could be mindlessly just scrolling through.
