Not necessarily. That and interested can mean different things. Interested in you because you are an interesting person that posts interesting content does not automatically mean he is into you if that is what you are wondering. He might be but just basing off social media behavior isn't enough to say one way or another. I would think that he would try and reach out and contact you if he had a big interest. Again that is another thing where there is no guarantee because he might be shy or nervous for example. Your best course of action would be to message or whatever you can do and strike up a conversation because if this has been going on for any length of time it means that he is probably not going to be the one to make the first move.

I’m interested in people’s behaviour, and since as the years have gone by less social interaction is happening and has moved to these virtual spaces. In the past you did not have access to people like you do today , I find it interesting that people choose to interact or not this way instead of interacting in real life
