There’s an old saying “Men don’t cry”. What do you think should men cry or not?

We're shamed from a young age against crying and eventually get to the point of not being able to cry. I can't remember the last time I actually cried, I didn't cry when my ex-wife left, and not even after my grandfather and my father passed away.

the fact is that due to physiological differences men don't need to cry as much and are less inclined to do so. Pump tons of estrogen into our blood and we'd be all emotional too.

I think it’s healthy for anyone to cry but there’s a big difference in emotion with men and women and men shouldn’t cry as much as we do.
