Why when you call guys out they don’t have an answer?

Like I asked him back in the summer why we weren’t together and he said because he didn’t want that kind of commitment with anyone right now not because he didn’t feel the same way about me. I pointed that out to him today and he had nothing to say. Whenever I point out something that counters what he’s saying he never has anything to say back. What’s up with that?

True that’s probably what it is. But I ask this question because ever since about September he’s been saying how he doesn’t want me that way and all that jazz.

I asked him back in June why him and I couldn’t be together and he said because he wasn’t ready for that kind of commitment with anybody. So if he really felt that way why not say it from the beginning?

Ok because I’m trying to see if I’m crazy or not. Did he not have anything to say because he knows I have a point? So is he may be scared that he’s going to get hurt again? He said that he had an ex he dated for 2 years that cheated on him.

I say he’s scared because last year a little before this time, he made it a point to text me that he was taking a break from anything serious.

I feel like it’s easier for him to treat me as a friends with benefits because that puts him in control and he can’t be hurt. Maybe in his mind I’m too good to be true, and he’s asked me what makes him so special.

I just don’t get how I give him 100% of what he wants and do for him and he still doesn’t want me.
He’s said I actually give him what he wants.
