Why do guys make it obvious when they check you out, but doesn't come up to you and doesn't talk to you?

Every time I see him, he checks me out from head to toe constantly. Then his eyes are wide open, mouth wide open.. as if he is surprised.

I'm not good at reading a man or what it means.

As a girl, I think asking us out can be scary and a bit risky these days. Especially if she’s one of those girls who will automatically label a guy as a “creep” if she simply finds him unattractive. If you catch a guy checking you out and you find him attractive, maybe talk to him. You could be bold and tell him you like him or it could even be something simple like asking him for the time and then striking a conversation afterwards. I think when guys suspect they’ll have a sure thing with us it might help them ask us out.

Yes it was the custom for men to court women in the past, but men were different then and so were women. We could stand to help them out by letting them know we want to be courted.

I will try it. I've been bullied a lot so I really don't know if it's a good thing if a guy checks me out.

I think more like "do I have something on my shirt?", "Do I look weir?", "I shouldn't have chosen this shirt."..

So to know what it means, then I would definitely try that.
