False because they act differently and have different needs than girls.
The problem many boys nowadays have is the lack of quality rolemodels. Many fathers in sitcoms are portrayed as stupid and clumpsy and with a lack of self control towards alcohol or generally stupid.
But the same time there are the adventorous bad boys like Dominic Toretto, Tony Stark or the different roles Jason Statham, Russel Crowe or Gerard Butler or who ever plays attracting women of all kind not caring about the law, defining morality for themselves while being so idealistic that many men will either never try or fail trying to copy them.
Like is society that blind? If there is no man with good morals and a clear vision to follow while not a fictional character in a boy´s life he won´t become one himself.
It´s as easy as that.
Sure we can flood earth with guys that float through life living a mediocre life with no clear ideas or purpose that can´t figure out who they wanna be and wanna leave to women instead but I´m not sure if people actually want that.
Because that would be what comes out when you try to educate boys to act like girls.

That is a tricky question. Being told something repeatedly can be quite irritating. And everyone is different so not every guy will benefit from the same socialisation. It's like a utopia. And what applies to guys can also apply to girls in some cases. They should just be taught that respect is important. When one has respect, they will respect themselves and others.
