Do guys have multiple social accounts to mess around with other girls?

I know my question is reaching and probably doesn’t make sense to some of you. There is this guy I like from my job. He asked me to add me on instagram since he might be leaving the job soon. I told him we should stay in contact with each other and he recommended Facebook and I told him I don’t have Facebook so I gave him my instagram instead. I added him but then later on I found a another account of his and I realized he added a girl coworker that we both work with on that account and not the one he added me on. I find that very weird. Should I ask him about it?

Well doesn't seem natural. Now this behaviour certainly can't be tied to "men" in general. But anyone who wants to mess with people can do it. I've only one Instagram handle (which I'm not even active on for half an year)
