How do I stop him hitting on me?

I have a friend who I’ll call Jack. I’m a pretty woman in my mid thirties. Jack is a fat, bald, middle aged man. He’s not my type, looks or personality wise and since I’ve been seeing him more often to comfort him, since Alan and Steven have snubbed him and he got depressed over it, he keeps offering to buy me dinner or drinks and checking me out. I explained to him ages ago that if a woman doesn’t give you signs of wanting you that she doesn’t. He’s not taking the hint. How can I discourage him without being unkind?

Properly Friendzone him, call him buddy and ask him to help you choose between two guys you like. Try to set him up with someone.

He probably mistook your helpfulness for flirting

Best is to ignore him always , if he is a man of self respect he wouldn't do after 4-5 times. Beleive me

As they said you either tell him directly to stop as it's making you uncomfortable, or you just don't contact him anymore. Yes I know you're helping him but it seems to be at your expense at this rate

Be direct. Tell him exactly how you feel. I think you were trying to be nice and not hurt his feeling but that's not working.
