If a guy I blocked randomly shows up where I am after me taking that route daily for a year. Is he trying to see me on purpose?

We hooked up I was drunk I regretted it and felt taken advantage of so I blocked him and moved on almost two weeks later I’m coming home from gym (he goes too but usually goes hours earlier & usually has a different walking route) and I see him on my route home. Bare in mind I’ve walked this route for slighty over a year sometimes multiple times per day and never ever seen him.

I decided to message him again and he ignored me no I’m not claiming rape but I do think he taken advantage of me and he shouldn’t have did that considering how drunk I was but I do also take responsibility for getting that drunk that I was coming onto him. I can’t expect others to do the right thing when I’m in the wrong situation lesson learned I’m not mad though bc I know guys where put on this earth to breed so it’s hard to go against natural instinct to a woman that’s offering even if she’s drunk.
