Honest Opinion About Him And The Situation Pleaseeee?

Okay, guys hello.. I have a question but please read the whole stuff here. I met a guy last month, he seemed pretty interested and friendly to me when we first met, ( i dont know if i take his being friendly too personal though lol) i liked that guy. I caught his stare, he laughed at my small jokes, he asked me some personal questions etc. ( he even asked me if i am a foreigner ) Anyway, 10 days later, we were both invited to a party at some club. I was there earlier than most people, i was waiting for my friends, while i was waiting people started coming.. then HE came in, with his younger sister. They said hello to some other friends they know and engaged in small talk nothing more though. But... even though we had eye contact SEVERAL TIMES, he didn't even come to me say hello whatever and he seemly ignored me ON PURPOSE even when we was next to me while saying hello to one of their acquintances. I felt dissappointed and very ignored, so i decided to enjoy the rest of the party with all the other guys there cause if i can't have you then i will have them, why not? I met some guys, we hanged out, talked a lot, danced a lot, i was very close to them ( i love men a lot) i was at the balcony with one of my men, then i encountered him there. He was smoking and he paused a little when i came , he was right next to me, but didn't say anthing untill i break the silence and say " oh hello how you doing?" He was very friendly but thats all. Right before i leave, i said "join us, we are hanging out together right there, i pointed my table" I continued dancing and talking with my men, then he came, ignored me, but i grabbed him and danced with him, my hands were on his shoulder but he didn't even wrap his arm around my waist like all the other guys do. After a while he said that he'd better go, when i asked why he said that he was TOO drunk. Then i let him go and NEVER gave him a second glance during the party. My question is a little long so i continue here...

... grabbed another guy and we got even CLOSER, we couldnt keep our hands off each other, he held me all night, wrapping arms, touching, caressing etc. I dont even remember if we let go of each other longer than 3-5 minutes.
I kissed the guy and leave the party.
So i wonder if there is any possibility that he might have a crush on me and stayed away from me out of nervousness and jealousy?
Do you think that he might have been jealous?
