    Assuming this is a response to "I hope I'm not bothering you" or "sorry to bother you" or something like that, then take it at face value, as genuine. And the response should be a simple "I'm glad" or "I'm relieved" and then move on. Don't belabor the point because that might bother them, lol! :)
