Why would a guy post this as his profile picture?

Maybe he just doesn't know how to write a profile. Or maybe that's something important to him. It might be a small market, but I'm sure there are women who would jump on that.

I have a friend who's biggest attraction is to a man she can talk to for hours about astrophysics. For a celebrity crush she doesn't care about Hollywood types. She has a huge crush on Richard Feynman. If he was still alive and not too terribly old, she'd probably hop in the sack with him in a heartbeat.

The guy likes to think in depth. That's all there really is to it - he'd like to hear everyone's point of view and to think about it for a while, and this is something he is proud of. I am kind of concerned about one of the commenter degrading this and thinking he is excluding college women - he isn't, he is just saying that it won't matter to him if you have a degree or not.

Stupid lol shows he’s only interested in deep conversations however deep conversations can be made based on what someone went to college for / what they do for work. Sounds like he’s not very interested in deep educated conversations but more like deep conversations that hold no value To possibly the other person. I would definitely not be interested in a guy after he posted that lol

He knows that many stupid people have college degrees and he wants someone that can hold a conversation about something interesting or thought provoking like a philosophy about a specific topic.
