Or is it too soon? We have been knowing each other for 1 month only! We met online firstly then in person in our first dates we didn’t rush much to see who we were in person as we had no idea online. Turns out I like him he likes me too he said I like you.. and then yesterday we kissed when we were walking at the car.
Maybe I should I take it easy and let things happen. I don’t want to pressure the guy

There's no asking if someone wants to be your girlfriend. If you are spending a lot of time together and aren't asking another else, them you are a couple. It's not necessary to ask. You might ask: "are you dating anyone else?"
