He’s still using my Netflix account after breakup, why?

My boyfriend and I got into a nasty argument and he dumped me. So I told him I was going to take the account away and he literally said to take it because he don’t care and barely ever got a chance to watch it. We were fighting over something and he told me not to ever contact him again. When he goes home he goes straight to my Netflix and watches a bunch of shit after telling me earlier to take it. During the fight and when he told me not to talk to him again he seemed extremely angry so why would he go home and continue watching it after saying he didn’t need it?
