Ex boyfriend who dumped me, hasn’t yet deleted my Netflix profile on his account. Does this mean anything at all?

He dumped me nearly 3 weeks ago and his last words were something along the lines of “I never want to see or hear from you again in my life”. He has removed me from instagram, but hasn’t blocked me on whatsapp/viber and I had a profile with my initials on his Netflix account, and from time to time I just check to see if it’s still there (not that I use it anymore, just to console myself) and I see he didn’t delete it.
I checked the activity info. and it shows that he has been watching movies lately (he was using netflix).
