Is this student-teacher relationship normal?

So in October I found this private cello teacher because I have always wanted to learn to play this instrument. I am a 25yo woman, he is 45. Ever since the first lesson, I have been feeling like this is not a standard teacher-student relationship. After Christmas he asked me if I got my new songbooks from a boyfriend. Once he randomly took a picture of me without me asking (on his phone) because he said I have a “cellist hand”. He is married and sometimes drops strange comments, for example when I told him the cello is much harder than I thought it would be and he replied: “Well who said it will be easy? Its like marriage…Much harder than you originally think.” He showed me pictures of his son and he doesn´t talk about the wife badly, however he often looks at me pretty seductively. He is quite touchy (which I don’t know if every cello teacher is?) and one time he even came up with this idea of wearing a blindfold so that I don’t rely on my eyes while playing. He also randomly started talking about how a woman sued her partner because they had drunk sex and how he thinks this is okay even between friends. I just don´t really know what to make out of this situation and I guess I just wanted to hear someone else´s viewpoint on the things I´ve mentioned here. I think he is a handsome and smart guy, but the fact that he is married is of course a turn off.
