I remember having a crush on one of my professors in grad school and I felt like he liked me too but I was too scared to actually do anything about it. Like I wanted to ask him out for drinks once I stopped being his student but I never got up the nerve to actually do it. I remember how taboo and forbidden it felt but at the same time hot being in his class. He was always so nice to me and we had great convos after class.
Now that I'm older I realize the unprofessional and unethical ramifications but then all I could think was being hot for teacher and possibly vice versa.
Was I wrong to have those kinds of thoughts about my professor? Is it perfectly normal to have those kinds of thoughts?
