There's a guy who always try to be in my vicinity. He is introvert. I caught him looking at me often but not always. I also noticed when I'm talking selfies or pics, he tries to look into my phone. He talked to me once but then I got into a fight with his female friends and after that he didn't talk to me but does the same (looking and noticing). When I'm with a bunch of girls, he acts normal but when I'm alone (as in waiting for my friend to show up), he starts looking at me. His bestie smiles or kind of laugh at him when I'm passing by. What does he want? His signals are inversely proportional to the amount of people around.
PS: We are in uni and not teenagers

Oh please, you aren't looking at him? Then how do you know he is looking at you? I guarantee you look at him way more than he does. Your logic is flawed to begin with. He isn't obligated to approach you, especially when you have shown zero interest towards him.

Oh seriously? If you feel someone is making you uncomfortable or looking at you and just confirm it by looking at them is the same they looking at you first? I just couldn't understand why he does so that's why I asked. There's no need to shout at me and call me full of excuses. I never said that I want him to be my boyfriend or something and I must show interest in him.

No, I'm more introvert than he is. And one day I was just telling my friends that question is not included in paper and out of nowhere he asked me that who told you so.. and I replied him. Whenever, he is around and I'm talking to my friends, it seems that he is listening.
