What does it mean if a guy ignores you?

Ok so me and this dude been talking for almost 2 months now. I met him through mutual friends and we’ve been talking a lot for the past weeks. But now it’s been 3 days since we kinda communicated, like he doesn’t answer my messages but still sends some, than when I respond to his messages he doesn’t say anything. He used to complement me and flirt with me a lot and all but I don't know.

Keep in mind, he is very religious guy ( Muslim) I am Muslim as well but I’m not as religious as him. 2 weeks ago we were on facetime with our other friends and we talked about Islam. I said things that I don’t agree with and stuff about the religion and he knows I don’t wear hijab. But it was not a big deal like it was just a little religion talk. But I’m starting to think maybe that’s why he is distancing himself from me! Maybe I’m just overthinking but still he is making me confused!

It sounds like deep down that he has determined that the differences between you, even though you both are Muslim, are too great. He probably believes that his family would not accept your more secularized worldview rather than a strict Quranic worldview. Religiosity can be a difficult life to lead no matter what one's belief systems are.
