Why some people think that replying fast to a text as if ur desperate to talk to them?

Ehh people... Some see it as desperate or too eager, but I think it's stupid. I don't see it as desperate. As you said, if I'm on my phone/see the notification and I'm not busy doing something, I'll reply without delay. As simple as that. There is no need to be petty and play games like mirroring someone's speed of answering and stuff.

I reply to my messages like 3 times a day.

When people don't do it like this, I know they are all the time on their phones.

I reply to people very fast too. If someone replies to me instantly, I don't see them as desperate, I just know they're also not busy

If I'm not busy yet I'm not holding my phone, it's probably not near me and I'll answer when I get back. Or I won't. I kinda just answer whenever.

If your texting and waiting for a reply he wants to chat with you ( you could be working so let him know )
