What's the etiquette for being friends with a guy who made it clear he only seeks casual relationships?

Obviously, I don't have to worry about hurting his feelings as much as one would if a guy wanted to have a relationship with me but I didn't want a relationship with him. In that case, it would be a good idea to limit the amount of times we visited per month, so as to not lead him on. But in this case, if it's just that i don't plan to ever have sex with him unless it's in a serious relationship, I might as well spend as much time as he wants to spend together, right? I guess the only rule of thumb here is to make sure our conversations steer clear of sex talk.
