i am in highschool, and this guy in my class has been a little suspicious. he sits next to me due to a seating chart. firstly i want to say, i have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend (in the class). but he was been doing things that are flirtatious. he sits with his leg against my upper thigh, he pokes me randomly with his pencil, he always pats my head to comfort me, tells me i’m very smart, and today checked me out while smiling and wasn’t ashamed others saw. so what could this mean and what should i do?

If you were my sister this guy would definitely have a problem! His girlfriend is in the same class? He sounds like a creep to me. Tell him too STOP !! now and keep his hands off you and his leg against your thigh. Tell your boyfriend that should end it! Definitely make sure that you have someone around you at school boyfriend or friend, if he is putting his leg against your thigh in front of everyone in class no telling what he might do.

If he has a girlfriend, and you have a boyfriend, he might like you but ask yourself if this okay on both person's part my opinion no it doesn't, and he's not playing fair to you and his girlfriend.

Tell him it makes you feel uncomfortable and ask him to stop. If he doesn't, then probably ask him if you should tell his girlfriend. He should back off real quick if he doesn't want a breakup.
