Should I worry?

i was laying down earlier and i started feeling a slight pain in my lower back and i popped it and it was still there so not soreness by default i was working out earlier today like chest and arched my back during it and i did some stretching earlier and now i have pain in the lower right side of my back and it hurts when i bend forward i am worried i could have a herniated disc but it said it doesn’t usually happen to younger people what do y’all think it could be should i worry or is it probably just a strained muscle or sore back it is in the lower part and sucks when i bend forward mostly and lean to the right side not the left though what’s your thoughts
