Should I worry?

I was in the shower and found what i thought to be a small lump on one of my breasts. I don't even know if its a lump or just normal. I haven't been checking recently due to being busy with work. However i have told my boyfriend and he is desperate for me to get it checked but i just don't see the point. I feel fine, its small, its not sore or anything. I would rather not have some doctor touching/looking at my boobs if i don't have to

Well it’s your life, your decision. I think you would be stupid not to get it checked though. Best case scenario it turns out to be normal, you don’t get it checked and you carry on fine as you are. Worst case scenario, it’s the start of cancer, you don’t get it checked, you wait until it grows bigger or becomes painful and then go get it checked, only to find that it’s now aggressive cancer and it would’ve been easier to remove back when you first noticed the small lump. And you didn’t get it checked back then all because you didn’t want a doctor looking at or touching your body. Hm.
