I'm not with this guy but he's someone that i like. I noticed that whenever im with him it seems like he doesn't like to hang out with me alone unless we are at his house and thats usually at night. We share a girl best friend and he's more closer to her cause they knew each other long. He seems to hang out with her alone and she tells me plans he told her he wants all of us to do together. For ex, he wants all 3 of us to go to the nail shop together. When I hang out with him he wants her to come along or whenever im on the phone with him he wants to call her on three way and talk to both of us. I remember he did a joke where he bent me over and said he wants me and her to bent over like that for him. Then another joke we were both laying down and he joked that he wanted to call her and invite her over to come lay down with us.

I don't hear him talk plans to me but I hear from her he wants to do stuff together with us 3. When im with him he talks a lot about her but apparently from her all he does is talk about me.

Maybe he just likes you as a friend. He proven he is able to have female friends (his best friend) without crushing on them apparently, so maybe he just enjoys your company. But you aren't close enough to enjoy time alone and so he considers it like a "fun time" and so he wants more people in it, participating.
When I was making new friends I used to include my (male) best friend too at any given occasion.
Or maybe he actually kinda likes you but he is not sure about pursuing something more with you, so he just keeps being a friend only and cares about not giving you wrong signals. Maybe he just takes things casually and slowly.
So at the moment all you can do is to take a step back and take it more casually as well, focusing on other guys too. Or, if you are already full in and made your mind on what you want from him, that might be the time for a confession. Since he doesn't seem so sure, make sure your confession is confident and serene, as if you know what you want and what you can offer, so that he gets "guided" in his indecision and that gives you better chances for a "yes". This, as long as it doesn't create any jealousy with the best friend.
