others are so heavily invested in the relationship that it hurts to realize how much time, money, energy and resources were wasted

Where girls might feel broken and sad, we'll typically just feel angry.
A lot of men will bury those other more complex emotions with anger too

Yeah because I acknowledged I was wrong in my words to hurt him out my hurt of what the siad and I apologized but he fully blamed the breakup on me like he didn't do anything. He didn't when have time to meet in person to talk to me prior to the decision

Yeah I think I struggled with low self esteem. And felt bad about everything and even felt like friends were siding with him of how hurt he was. not understanding the full picture. But now I'm learning to love myself and what I deserve
