Yes and people are mostly fluctuating between comfortable, shy, and uncomfortable. It is good because it demonstrates a concern for the other person. If there is no fluctuation then there is no Vibe.

Within the same conversation both nonverbal and verbal communication are made. I have been very uncomfortable with a person to begin with and reconciled into enjoyment repeatedly... for about 8 months now as we grow and know more about each other. It is sometimes called "being in love"...

Same reason for women. Interaction! You may talk to a woman one day and she may be very receptive to you. The positive feedback gives you reason to be confident. You may talk to her a week later and she may be very unengaging. (Man or woman) You shouldn't be affected by it. But people are, we're only human.
